This website is your guide to being a good neighbour to the Bendigo bushland. It introduces you to Bendigo’s great natural features and covers some of the key issues that arise from people living next to nature.
The website was produced by the Victorian National Parks Association with the generous support of the Australian Communities Foundation (Melliodora Fund). We would also like to acknowledge support from The Ian Potter Foundation and the Australian Communities Foundation (B B & A Miller Fund).
Many thanks to the City of Greater Bendigo for supporting the development of the original content for the booklet and website.
We’d also like to thank the Bendigo and District Environment Council, Bendigo Field Naturalists Club, Northern Bendigo Landcare Group, Bendigo Family Nature Group, Bendigo Sustainability Group, Mandurang Strathfieldsaye Landcare Network, Mid Loddon Conservation Management Network and Sheepwash Creek Landcare Group.
